Creating and Managing Event Templates
Manage and schedule group events or activities such as workshops, classes, or community events that involve multiple members at once.

Event templates are designed to help you manage and schedule group events or activities such as workshops, classes, or community events that involve multiple members at once. By defining an event template, you can collect standardized feedback or participation details from all participants individually through a shared event question.
Step 1 – Access the event templates
- Navigate to the Templates section from the left-hand green sidebar.
- Select the Events tab at the top of the page.
- Click the + Add Event Template button to begin the setup.
Step 2 – Create the event template
- Enter a clear Title and Description for the event (e.g., "Group Counseling Session").
- Optionally, add a Question using a Data ID.
- Note: This question will be shown to all members attending the event to capture standardized details.
- Click Save to store your template.

Step 3 – Link the event to an activity
- Navigate to the Templates > Activities tab.
- Create a new activity template and choose Group Event as the primary task.
- Select the specific Event Template you just created from the menu.
- Click Save.
- Tip: You can now schedule this group activity for multiple members at once, and your assigned question will be presented to each participant individually.
