Creating and Managing Event Templates

Event templates are designed to help you manage and schedule group events or activities that involve multiple members at once. These can be workshops, group counseling sessions, classes, or community events.

To create an event template:

  1. Go to Templates > Events.
  2. Click + Add Event Template.
  3. Enter a title and description for the event.
  4. Optionally, add a question using a Data ID. This question will be shown to all members attending the event and is a great way to collect standardized feedback or participation details.
  5. Click Save.

Once the template is created, you can schedule a group activity using it.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Templates > Activities tab.
  2. Create a new activity template and choose Group Event as the task.
  3. Select the event template you created.
  4. Click Save.

You can now schedule a group activity for multiple members at once, and the assigned event question will be asked to each participant individually.
