Add Custom Badges to Member Profiles

You can now display custom profile badges at the top of a member’s page to highlight critical info such as:

• "Deceased"
• "No Home Visit"
• "Interpreter Needed"

Badges can be added or removed as needed and give teams immediate context when viewing a member’s profile.

Update Existing Member via Onboarding Surveys

A new onboarding survey setting allows you to update an existing member record instead of creating a duplicate. The platform will match based on First Name + Last Name + Phone Number and apply the new data to the existing profile.

Personalized Recommendations with Member Data

Recommendations can now include placeholder data pulled from the member’s profile.
This allows staff to quickly review relevant info (like diagnosis, plan type, or key notes) directly in the recommendation description before taking action.
