Member Signatures
Pear Suite's Signatures Tool allows organizations to collect electronic member signatures through pre-uploaded or newly created PDF forms—directly from the platform. It removes the need for paper forms and makes it easy to manage consents and acknowledgments in one place.
This feature sits under Templates > PDF Templates. From here, you can upload a PDF file (like a consent form), add a signature field, and configure how members will interact with it.
You can:
- Upload a new PDF form (≤10MB) or choose from a previously uploaded one.
- Add a Signature field or choose an Acknowledgment only option.
- Include an optional introductory text or disclosure message.
Once configured, this consent template can be:
- Linked to workflows.
- Assigned to a member.
- Sent via email to request a signature.
Members can electronically sign or acknowledge the form from their email or member portal. Once signed, the consent is automatically stored in their Consent section and marked as complete.
You can track the status of sent forms and resend if needed. This tool supports any internal documents your organization uses—such as privacy agreements, release of information forms, or program-specific consents—making it easy to streamline digital consent collection and improve compliance tracking.
