FindHelp Referrals and Integration

Pear Suite's Findhelp integration allows your team to create, view, and manage Findhelp referrals directly from a member's profile — without leaving Pear Suite. Referrals made through Findhelp are clearly labeled so your team can distinguish them from standard Pear Suite referrals, and any status updates made in Findhelp will automatically sync back to Pear Suite.
Note: The FindHelp Integration is currently only active for Pear Suite subcontractors.
Getting Started
The Findhelp integration is not enabled by default. To get set up:
- Contact your Customer Success Manager to request that the Findhelp integration be turned on for your organization.
- Your CSM will add each user to your organization's Findhelp team. Once added, you'll receive an automated email from Findhelp with instructions to create your account — check your inbox and follow the prompts to complete your sign-up.
Note: Each team member who will be sending Findhelp referrals needs to be added individually. Reach out to your CSM if anyone on your team is missing access.
Member Profile Requirements
Before sending a Findhelp referral, make sure the member's profile includes all of the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Zip code
Referrals cannot be sent if any of these fields are incomplete.
Sending a Findhelp Referral
- Navigate to the Member Profile.
- Scroll to the Referrals section(as shown in the image below).
- Click + Referral and select Findhelp Referral.
- Search by category (e.g., housing, food) to find resources available within the member's zip code.
- Complete and submit the referral. The referral list will automatically refresh to display the new referral.
When integrations are enabled, you'll be prompted to choose a referral source each time you create a referral.
Viewing Findhelp Referrals
All Findhelp referrals appear in the member's referral list alongside standard Pear Suite referrals. A referral source label distinguishes between the two types.
To view a member's full Findhelp profile, click View Findhelp Profile in the Referrals section.

Referral Status Sync
Referral statuses updated directly in Findhelp will automatically sync to Pear Suite, so your referral list stays current without manual updates.
