Export Claims For Reporting

This article explains how to filter, sort, and export claim data within the Pear Suite Platform. By utilizing advanced filtering options, users can identify specific claim groups such as those with missing consent or specific insurance types to streamline administrative workflows and export records for internal reporting.
Step 1 – Filter claims by criteria
- Navigate to the Claims page from the side menu
- Utilize the filters at the top of the page to narrow your results by:
- Status: Filter by the current status of the claim, such as Paid, Pending, or Rejected
- Time frame and date: Select specific date ranges or preset periods (e.g., "This month") to view claims
- Insurance: Filter for specific insurance providers like Anthem or Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Payer type: Filter by broader categories such as Medicare or Medicaid
- Error type: Filter by specific issues, such as selecting "Consent not found" to identify claims requiring member consent updates

Step 2 – Export filtered claims
- Apply any necessary filters to your claim list; the export will only include the data currently displayed based on your filters
- Click the Export button on the right-hand side of the claims list
- Select one of the following options in the pop-up menu:
- Include Member Details
- Exclude Member Details
- Click Export Claims; the platform will generate the file and send it directly to your registered email address
