Step 1 – Filter claims by criteria
- Navigate to the Claims page from the side menu
- Utilize the filters at the top of the page to narrow your results by:
- Status: Filter by the current status of the claim (e.g., Pending, Sent, or Rejected)
- Time Frame and Date: Select specific date ranges to view claims within a certain period
- Insurance: Filter for specific insurance providers
- Payer Type: Filter by broader categories such as Medicare or Medicaid
- Error Type: Filter by specific rejection reasons or issues (e.g., select "Consent not found" to see all claims missing required member consent)

Step 2 – Reset filters
- Locate the Reset filter button below the filters
- Click the button to remove all active selections and return the list to the default view showing all claims

Step 3 – Sort claim data
- Identify the column you wish to organize, such as Status, or Date
- Click on the column header once to sort the data in ascending order
- Click the column header again to sort the data in descending order

Helpful Hint: Exporting Data
Once you have applied your desired filters and sorting to the claim list, you can use the export feature to download the specific data set. Exporting data allows you to manage claim information in external spreadsheets for detailed reporting or auditing purposes.
