🔎 Step 1: Go to the Dashboard 📋 Step 2: Open the Claims Page 🧭 Step 3: Filter for “Generated” Claims ✅ Step 4: Mark Claims as “Ready for Screening”

When your team finishes entering services in Pear Suite, the system automatically creates “Generated” claims.
Before those claims can be sent to the health plan, your organization needs to mark them as “Ready for Screening.”

This step tells the Pear Suite Billing Team that you’ve reviewed the claims and they’re ready to move forward — here’s an easy way to find them fast!


🔎 Step 1: Go to the Dashboard

Open your web browser and visit https://app.pearsuite.com/dashboard.

Log in using your Pear Suite account.


📋 Step 2: Open the Claims Page

From the left-hand menu, click “Claims.”
You’ll see a list of all claims created by your organization.

 


🧭 Step 3: Filter for “Generated” Claims

Click the filter icon (looks like a funnel).

 

 

In the box labeled “Select status,” type and select “generated”
 



 

Now you’ll only see the claims that still need to be reviewed.


✅ Step 4: Mark Claims as “Ready for Screening”

Check the claims that your team has reviewed and confirmed are correct.

Select the 3 dot icon next to each claim, then click the “Mark Ready for Screening” button at the top of the drop down menu.

These claims will now show as “Ready for Screening” — meaning the Billing Team knows they’ve been reviewed and can be sent to the health plan.
