Scheduling an Activity in Pear Suite
How to schedule activities within the Pear Suite Platform

This article explains how to schedule activities within the Pear Suite Platform. Activities can be scheduled for individual members or for groups, either from a member's specific profile or directly from the dashboard calendar.
Step 1 – Access the scheduling interface
- Navigate to the Members section on the left-hand green sidebar
- Search for and select a member to open their profile
- Click the + Activity button within the member profile to initiate scheduling for that individual
- Alternatively, navigate to the Dashboard to use the calendar view
- Click the + button in the top-right corner of the calendar to schedule activities, which is particularly useful for group events or seeing multiple family members simultaneously

Step 2 – Configure activity details
- In the Create Activity pop-up, select the appropriate Activity Template from the dropdown menu
- Note: Activity templates are managed in the Templates section of the sidebar if you need to create a new one
- Search for and select one or more members to be included in the activity
Step 3 – Assign users and set times
- Assign a Responsible User for the activity, typically yourself
- Select the Date the activity is to occur
- Enter the Start Time and expected Duration of the activity
Step 4 – Finalize the scheduled activity
- Review all entered information for accuracy
- Click Create Activity to finalize the schedule
- Confirm the activity now appears on the dashboard calendar and within the selected member's profile
