How to Use the Quick Search Feature
Discover effective ways to utilize the Quick Search feature for faster, more efficient information retrieval.
Step 1: Searching for a Member
- Locate the quick search bar at the top of your screen and type in the name of the member you are looking for.
- Select the correct member from the dropdown list of matching results.
- Once you click on the member, a menu will appear with quick actions. From here, you can directly go to their profile, schedule an activity, add a note, or call the member.

Step 2: Navigating to Main Pages
- You can also use the search bar to find general sections of the platform. Type the name of the page you want to view, such as "claims" or "users".
- If you select the standard page option from the results (e.g., the "claims page" or "users page"), the system will take you directly to that main overview page.
Step 3: Navigating to Specific Tabs
- The search feature can drill down into specific tabs within larger sections. When searching for a topic, look closely at how the result is labeled.
- If the result indicates a specific tab, it will display the name of the parent section underneath it. For example, searching "claims" might show a claims option with "organization" underneath it; clicking this takes you directly to the claims tab within the organization page.
