Step 1 – Access the Analytics page Step 2 – Set a reporting time frame Step 3 – Filter by organization or group Step 4 – Refresh and review data

The Analytics page in Pear Suite allows Administrators and Analytics Viewers to narrow down data by date range, organization, or member group. These filters help teams better understand trends, track performance, and generate specific data insights based on their current focus.

Step 1 – Access the Analytics page

  1. Navigate to the left-hand main menu and select Analytics.
  2. Locate the Filter Bar positioned at the top of the page.

Step 2 – Set a reporting time frame

  1. Click the Date Filter to adjust the reporting period.
  2. Choose from preset ranges such as the past 30 days, last 365 days, or Year to date.
  3. Select Custom Data Range if you need to define a specific start and end date for your report.

Step 3 – Filter by organization or group

  1. Use the Organization Filter dropdown to view data for one or more specific organizations if your work spans multiple partners.
  2. Toggle to the Groups filter to narrow the results to specific member segments, such as those defined by a particular program or cohort.
  3. Combine these filters to isolate highly specific datasets, such as outcomes for a single CBO partner.

Step 4 – Refresh and review data

  1. Click the Refresh View icon (represented by a circular arrow ⟳) at the top right to apply your selections.
  2. Review the charts and metrics, which will automatically update to reflect only the filtered data.
  3. Use these refined insights to prepare reports, such as a monthly summary for a specific member group.
