What’s New This Release
Sticky Navigation and Persistent Filters
Moving between members, activities, and claims is now much smoother.
Pear Suite now remembers your:
- Filters
- Sorting preferences
- Current page
- Pagination state
When you return from a member profile, activity, or claim, you'll be brought back to the exact view you were working in.
Shared links and bookmarked pages now also preserve table filters and page state, making it easier for teams to collaborate and pick up where they left off.
HUB Organization Support for the REST API
Organizations using HUB structures can now retrieve data across connected sub-organizations using a single REST Application Programming Interface (API) key.
This enhancement allows:
- Combined data retrieval across HUB and sub-organizations
- Optional filtering for specific organizations
- Simpler integrations with external systems and reporting tools
Existing integrations continue to work without any configuration changes.
Decimal Values in Number Fields
Number fields now support decimal values throughout the platform.
Users can now enter values such as:
- 2.5
- 10.75
- 0.25
Decimal values are preserved and can be used in:
- Calculations
- Reports
- Workflows
- Member-facing forms
This improves accuracy for measurements, costs, dietary tracking, and other numeric data that requires greater precision.
Configure Internal Referral Information
Organization Admins can now configure the information used for internal referral workflows.
A new Internal Referral Config section in Organization Settings allows admins to:
- Enable or disable Internal Referrals
- Create custom referral fields
- Configure field types
- Mark fields as required
- Activate or deactivate referral fields
- Manage answer options for supported field types
This provides organizations with a centralized way to define the information providers should maintain for referrals.
Provider Referral Routing Profiles
Providers can now manage referral routing information directly from their user profiles.
Providers can:
- Indicate whether they are accepting referrals
- Maintain referral-specific profile information
- Complete required referral fields
Administrators can also manage these settings on behalf of providers through User Management.
These enhancements help organizations build more accurate provider profiles and prepare for streamlined internal referral workflows.
