What’s New This Week
Care Plans Now Managed as Templates
Care Plans have moved into Template Management, giving organizations full control over design, layout, and versioning. You can now create multiple Care Plan templates, assign more than one to a member, and manage them independently.
Key Features:
- Assign multiple care plans per member
- Configure templates just like other platform tools
- Standard permissions and Hub-sharing rules apply
Notes Now Supported Within Care Plan Domains
You can now add Notes directly under Care Plan domains, offering more context and tracking for each area of care.
- Follows standard note workflows (timestamps, redaction, version history)
- Notes appear beneath each domain within the care plan view
- Admins can choose which domains include note fields
Inline Editing for Care Plans
Care Plans now support inline editing for Goals, Notes, Data IDs, and Contact Info. This allows users to make quick updates without navigating away, following the same inline edit behavior seen elsewhere in Pear Suite.
- Admins can configure which fields are editable vs. read-only
- Only the most recent version of a note is shown in the Care Plan (full history remains in the member record)
View Who Submitted a Claim + Filter by User
A new column on the Claims page shows which user submitted the activity tied to each claim. You can now:
- Filter claims by one or more users
- See the “Submitted By” field directly in the claim view
- Include this column in exports for reconciliation or payout purposes
No configuration needed—this is now live for all organizations.
New Payouts Engine Now Live
Pear Suite has launched a ledger-backed Payout Engine to streamline how payouts are calculated, run, and reported.
Key Features:
- Configurable payout cycles: weekly, biweekly, or monthly
- Centralized payout dashboard with claim and line item breakdowns
- Direct Stripe integration for disbursements
- Exportable payout statements for accounting and reporting
This replaces the legacy claims payment flow with a clearer, more reliable process for orgs that use Pear Suite for billing and payouts.
Track Activity Completion Automatically with New Data IDs
Each Activity Template now generates three system-managed Data IDs that track:
- First completed date for each member
- Most recent completed date
- Total number of completions
These are automatically created and populate on the member profile once an activity is completed—no setup needed. Use them for internal reporting, exports, or conditional logic in workflows.
