What’s New This Week
Import Multiple External Contacts in One File
Member Import Files (MIF) can now include multiple external contacts per member, allowing care team contacts to be added directly into the structured External Contacts section.
This supports importing:
- Primary Care Providers (PCPs)
- Specialists
- Emergency contacts
- Other care team members
How it works:
- During import mapping, each contact must be assigned an External Contact Number.
- Fields sharing the same External Contact Number are grouped into one contact record.
- Duplicate contacts are not recreated.
- If contact information changes in a later import, the member is updated and a new contact record is created for the updated data.
Customer-Facing Organization Fields for Templates
Organizations can now configure customer-facing organization details for use in member communications.
Configured fields automatically become dynamic placeholders that can be inserted into:
- Email templates
- SMS templates
- Referral communications
- Other dynamic content
In Hub models:
- Shared templates resolve based on the receiving sub-org’s values.
- Sub-orgs can override Hub-level values independently.
If a field is left blank, the placeholder outputs nothing.
Bulk Access Actions and Sticky Filters in Hub Control
Hub Control now supports bulk access updates across shared resources.
Admins can:
- Select multiple templates (Care Pathways, Activities, Flows, Goals, Emails, etc.)
- Apply a single access level in one action
Filters, search terms, and sort order now remain in place after making changes, so users can continue managing access without losing context.
Review Requests and Billing Procedure Limits on Mobile
Users can now complete Review Request actions and Billing Procedure Limit configurations directly from mobile.
On mobile, users can:
- Open and review submitted Review Requests
- Fill required fields
- Sign, request more information, or reject
- Configure Billing Procedure Limits
No desktop access required.
Expanded User Demographic Fields
User profiles now support additional structured fields to improve reporting and credentialing workflows.
Updates include:
- Separate First Name and Last Name fields (instead of a single name field)
- Ability to capture additional user information such as phone number and date of birth
These enhancements support more accurate health plan reporting and credentialing processes.
