What’s New This Release
Activity Completion Times Now Reflect the Full Tracked Session
Activity time tracking now more accurately reflects the full amount of time spent completing an activity, including documentation completed from the End Activity screen.
Previously, the recorded completion time could reflect when a user selected Finish, even if they continued working on documentation before ultimately completing the activity.
Now:
- The activity timer continues running while the user completes documentation in the End Activity modal.
- If no end time is entered manually, the activity completion time reflects when the activity is ultimately completed.
- Users can still manually enter or adjust the end time when needed.
- Manually entered end times are preserved and will not be replaced by the automatically tracked completion time.
No additional configuration is required for organizations already using activity time tracking.
Include Custom Goal Fields in Goal Exports
Custom fields configured on Goal Templates can now be included in Goal exports.
When creating a Goal export in Data Management, users can select the custom goal fields they want to include as columns. Fields from different Goal Templates can be selected independently based on reporting needs.
When the export is generated:
- Selected custom goal field values are included for each applicable member.
- If a member does not have the corresponding goal, the field remains blank.
- If the goal exists but no value has been entered for the selected custom field, the field also remains blank.
This expands Goal reporting beyond standard goal information and makes the additional data captured through customizable Goal Templates available for reporting and downstream workflows.
