What’s New This Release
Introducing the Smart Dashboard
Pear Suite has a redesigned homepage with the new Smart Dashboard, giving users a clearer and more personalized view of their work.
The dashboard automatically adapts based on each user’s existing permissions and provides two primary experiences:
- My Day gives users a personalized view of their to-dos, schedule, assigned members, overdue work, and other items requiring attention.
- Organization Overview gives administrators a broader view of members, activities, billing and claims, compliance, and team performance when those features are available.
Users can also access a centralized To-Do list, review upcoming activities, and quickly navigate to work requiring follow-up.
The existing Classic View remains available during the transition.
For a complete walkthrough of the Smart Dashboard, including My Day, Organization Overview, permissions, schedules, to-dos, and dashboard metrics, see the article below.
Understanding Your User Dashboard
Time-Accumulation Billing
Pear Suite now supports time-accumulation billing, allowing eligible service minutes for a member to accumulate over a billing period and then be applied across an ordered sequence of billing codes.
Each code can have its own capacity, allowing organizations to configure payer-specific billing structures where accumulated time must move from one billing code to another after a limit is reached.
For example, this supports Medicare Community Health Integration (CHI) billing where accumulated time may be billed first under G0019 and then under G0022 after the initial code’s capacity is reached.
Key capabilities include:
- Accumulate eligible member service time over a billing period.
- Apply accumulated time across an ordered chain of billing codes.
- Set individual capacity limits for each code.
- Bill whole units without rounding partial units.
- View billed and non-billable time from the accumulated minutes.
Time-accumulation billing is configured per payer and is off by default, so organizations not using this billing model are unaffected. Read the article below for more info:

Associate Member Notes with Goals
Member notes can now be connected directly to one or more of a member’s goals.
Users can associate goals when creating a note or update the goal associations on an existing note later. This means a single interaction can be documented once and connected to every relevant goal instead of requiring separate documentation for each goal.
Associated note information is also available in Goal Exports, giving organizations more complete reporting on the documentation connected to each member goal.
