More Fields Available in Export Templates

Export templates now support additional Organization and User profile fields, making reports more complete without manual edits.

You can include:

• Organization contact and address details
• Staff and provider information
• Assigned user and activity-completing user data

For organizations using hub structures, exports automatically reflect the correct sub-organization’s data when run locally.

Restrict Member Visibility to Assigned Users

Organizations can now limit access so only assigned users can open full member profiles.

When enabled:

• All users can still see the member list
• Only assigned users can open and view full member details
• Access is restricted across the platform, including exports and APIs

This supports organizations that require tighter access control while maintaining visibility of the overall member roster.

Sub-Organizations Can Configure Billing Defaults on Shared Templates

Sub-organizations can now update billing-specific fields on shared, read-only activity templates.

This includes:

• CPT codes
• Modifiers
• Place of service
• Diagnosis codes
• Billing enablement

These changes:

• Apply only to the sub-organization
• Do not affect the hub template or other organizations
• Ensure templates work correctly within each organization’s billing setup

Non-billing fields remain read-only and controlled by the hub.
