Supported Fields for Data Exports

When exporting data from Pear Suite, you can include a wide range of fields across members, users, and organization-level information. In addition to any Data IDs collected through activities, the platform also supports exporting standard profile and system fields.
This article lists the supported fields you can include when creating an export template. If you are building a report or sharing data externally, these fields help ensure you capture complete and accurate information from the platform.
Exporting Data IDs
You can export any Data ID that exists in your organization. These are the fields created through flows, assessments, and other data collection tools in Pear Suite.
If a piece of information is collected during an activity and tied to a Data ID, it can be included in your export.
Organization Fields Available for Export
The following organization-level fields can be selected in export templates:
- Organization Name
- Call Center Phone Number
- Organization Phone Number
- Description
- Customer-Facing Organization Name
- Organization Email Address
- Organization Website URL
- Mailing Address
- Mailing Address 2
- Mailing City
- Mailing State
- Mailing Zip
- Mailing Country
- Physical Address
- Physical Address 2
- Physical City
- Physical State
- Physical Zip
- Physical Country
User Profile Fields Available for Export
User fields can be exported when they are associated with the data, such as the assigned user or the user who completed an activity.
The following user profile fields are supported:
- User First Name
- User Last Name
- User Email
- User Location
- User Date Of Birth
- User Phone
- User Zip Code
- User Gender
- User Ethnicity
- User Pronouns
- User Spoken Languages
- User Position Type
- User Services Provided
- User Member Age Served
Provider Information Fields
If provider information has been added to a user profile, those details can also be included in exports.
The following provider fields are supported:
- Tax Identification Number
- Taxonomy Code
- Tax Identification Number Type (SSN or EIN)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Provider First Name
- Provider Last Name
- Provider Phone
- Provider Address
- Provider City
- Provider State
- Provider Zip
Certifications and Training Fields
If certifications or trainings have been recorded on a user profile, those can also be exported.
The following fields are available:
- Certification Title
- Certification Description
- Training Name
- Training Expiration Date
- Continuing Education Units
When to Use These Fields
These fields are especially helpful when:
- Building reports for internal tracking
- Sharing data with health plans or partners
- Reviewing staff activity and performance
- Exporting member-level or program-level data
When creating an export template, you can combine these fields with Data IDs to build a complete dataset tailored to your needs.
