What’s New This Week
Advanced Member Merging with Demographic Review
Admins can now access a new Member Merging tab that allows for advanced triage and cleanup of duplicate records.
Features include:
- Search and review potential duplicates
- Side-by-side demographic comparison
- Select which record to keep
- Automatic transfer of activities, notes, goals, and history
- Automatic closure of the secondary record with a Closed (Merged) status
The process is seamless, audit-friendly, and ensures data accuracy across shared orgs.
Note: This must be enabled by Owners under the Access Management tab in the Organization section. Owners can enable this for any role through the same page.
AI Activity Summarizer – Now Even Simpler
The AI Activity Notes Summarizer has been updated to reduce extra clicks and generate shorter, more useful summaries.
Here’s what’s new:
- When enabled, AI automatically generates summaries without needing to click “Generate with AI”
- Text is now ~50% shorter, excluding redundant info like status and duration
- Summaries follow your selected note template structure
Just select a template and review—no configuration needed inside the note itself.
Claim Status Color Enhancements
To make the claim workflow easier to scan, claim statuses now display new color indicators:
- Yellow = Generated – requires user review
- Red = Error – needs correction
- Green = Approved, Sent, Paid – no further action needed
No setup is required. These colors now appear across all claim tables and dashboards.
Track Remaining Units in Recent Claims View
A new “Units Left” column now appears in the Recent Claims section of each member’s profile.
What it shows:
- Remaining units based on configured service limits
- “N/A” if no cap exists
- Negative numbers if the member has exceeded their unit limit
This helps care teams stay proactive about authorizations and avoid claim rejections.
