What are Pear Suite Office Hours?
Pear Suite Office Hours are free, weekly live sessions hosted by the Pear Suite Customer Success team. Each session gives you dedicated time to ask questions, get hands-on platform guidance, and learn about features that can make your work easier.
Sessions are held every Wednesday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM PT.
How Each Session Is Structured
Every Office Hours session follows the same 60-minute format:
Feature Spotlight (0–10 min) Each session opens with a short, live demo of one Pear Suite feature — either something new or something that's especially useful and worth a closer look.
Open Q&A (10–50 min) The rest of the session is open for your questions. Ask about the feature we just covered, a workflow you're trying to figure out, or anything else on your mind. The CSM will answer live or follow up with you by end of day if something needs more research.
Wrap-Up & What's Next (50–60 min) We'll recap key takeaways, share any helpful links or resources mentioned during the session, and preview the next session's topic.
Who Should Attend?
Office Hours sessions rotate on a monthly cycle and are tailored to specific customer audiences:
- CHW Subcontractors — two sessions per month(or three in 5-week months)
- Doula customers — one session per month
- Cal-AIM (CS/ECM) customers — one session per month
Calendar invites are labeled with your program type (e.g., Pear Suite Office Hours — CHW) so you can easily identify which sessions are for you.
