Things You Can't Do on the Mobile App
While the mobile app is a powerful field companion, there are a few features that are only available on the Pear Suite web platform:
- You can’t create or edit templates (like activities, goals, or assessments).
- You can’t view or manage billing and claims.
- You can’t make bulk changes or export/import data.
- You can’t access administrative settings or update organizational templates.
If you need to access these features, you’ll need to log into Pear Suite from your desktop or laptop using the web version.
The mobile app is designed to work seamlessly with your existing workflows—no need to wait until you're back at your desk to update member records or complete an activity.
