Care Pathway Redesign for Easier Navigation

Care Pathways have a new look—and feel!

Key changes include:

• A clean board-style layout to replace the old flow view
• Activities grouped into: Past, Current, Upcoming, and Next
• New activity cards showing due dates, assignments, and dependencies
• Smarter backend logic for consistent sorting
• Automatic tagging of child activities for better tracking

This update makes care planning easier to follow and act on.

Mobile: Auto-Fill Billing at Activity End

When wrapping up an activity on mobile, billing info will now auto-populate from the member’s profile. This helps reduce manual entry and ensures more accurate billing.

Audio Fix for Call Center Users

We fixed an issue where call recipients couldn’t hear Pear Suite users on calls from the web platform. Audio now works properly for all call center interactions.
