What’s New This Week

New: Offline Referrals

You can now create "Offline" referral types with no auto-generated follow-up messages or activities.
This is ideal for teams that conduct in-person follow-ups and want more flexible referral workflows.

To get started, just create an Offline referral template under any External Resource.


Upload and Organize Member Files More Easily

Batch Upload Files: Upload multiple attachments to a member’s profile in one go—great for handling large caseloads or documentation-heavy services.

Display File Titles, Not File Names: The platform now shows your user-defined file title on the member profile, so your uploads are easier to identify at a glance.


Upgraded Call Center Alerts

We’ve added new filters to the Call Center section in User Management so you can:

Filter by read/unread status

Search by member phone number

Filter by time received

These filters make it easier to stay on top of missed messages and voicemails.


More Detailed Data Exports

You can now include Goal Status and Goal Completion Date in your export templates, giving your team better tracking and reporting insights.


Personalized Member Communication

Email and SMS templates now support placeholders for:

Member ID

Member Status
This helps you send more informative and tailored messages to members.


Billing and Procedure Code Controls

You now need claim submission permission to add procedure code limit overrides on a member’s profile.

Procedure code limits are scoped by organization, meaning you’ll only see overrides relevant to the org you’re currently viewing.
Both changes give billing users clearer visibility and prevent accidental edits.
