New: Organization Files & PDF Review Support

• A new Files tab has been added to the Organization page, making it easy to upload and store files at the org level.
• Review Requests now support PDFs: Requesters can send a PDF to reviewers, who can download, fill it out offline, and re-upload their response back to the platform.

Member Profile Updates

• “CIN” is now “Health Plan ID” across the platform for clearer terminology.
• You can now manage member groups directly from a member’s profile—saving you clicks when assigning members to teams or categories.

Claims Tracking Just Got Easier

We’ve added two key fields to improve billing workflows:

• Check Number
• Payment Date

These now appear in both the claim details view and the exported CSV file—helping your team reconcile faster, especially with third-party billing platforms.

Onboarding Survey Tweaks

You can now:

• Choose to hide or require email fields in onboarding surveys
• Expect a smoother form experience—Medicare/Medicaid fields will now stay hidden when disabled

Medication Tracking Upgrades

• Export Medications: Member medications can now be included in your data exports
• Care Plan Integration: Medications now appear in care plan PDFs, giving a more complete view of a member’s health
