Closing a Member Profile
You can close a member profile if the member is no longer active. This removes the member from your main member list, but does not delete any of their information. You can always reopen the profile later if needed.
What Happens When You Close a Profile
- The member will no longer appear in the organization member list or dashboard.
- All activities, notes, and files remain saved.
- You can reopen the profile at any time to resume working with the member.
