There are times when a recommendation may not apply. Maybe the member changed their mind, or you already addressed their need in another way. In these cases, it’s okay to dismiss the recommendation.

To do this:

1. Go to the member’s profile
2. Locate the Recommendations section
3. Click the Dismiss button next to the recommendation

Once dismissed, the recommendation will disappear from the profile and won’t continue prompting any action.

Note: Dismissing a recommendation doesn’t delete any past information. It simply removes the suggestion from your view. You can always take the recommended action manually later if things change.
