To generate a claim in Pear Suite, the following information is required on the member's profile:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Sex
  • Address
  • Insurance company
  • Subscriber ID or CIN

Once you've added the above information, it's best practice to check the member's medicaid or insurance coverage. To do that from the member's profile click the ? icon in the Insurance section at the top of the page.

Click Get Details to run a coverage check, which usually takes 5-10 seconds to fetch.  From there you'll be able to see the member's current insurance status and start and end dates for their coverage.
