Electronic Remittance Advice
If you are using the Pear Suite platform to submit insurance claims, with your organization as the Billing Provider, it's helpful to contact your contracted insurance plans to give them Remittance Advice instructions.
Remittance Advice are the status updates that keep you informed as your claim is either approved and paid, or denied. The denial reasons are included in remittance advice, which are essential to correcting and resubmitting claims, when possible.
Remittance Advice can be routed to Pear Suite so the status of each of your claims can be updated in real time as they are processed by the health plans.
To get this set up correctly, please provide each of your contracted health plans the following information:
