Tracking Referrals and Follow-Up
You can track referrals from two places:
1. From the Member’s Profile
Each member’s profile includes a Referrals section. Here, you can:
- See all referrals added or sent
- View the status (whether it’s been sent, opened, or still pending)
- Resend or edit referral details if needed
2. From the External Resources Page
The External Resources tab in the main sidebar gives a full view of:
- All referrals sent across the organization
- Referral templates in use
- Organizations listed as external resources
- Status indicators (e.g., “Sent,” “Opened")
This helps you and your team monitor outreach efforts and see which referrals are getting responses or need follow-up.
