Member To-Dos Available Within Activities

Member To-Dos are now available directly from the bottom toolbar of the Activity screen.

While completing an activity, users can review the member’s existing To-Dos and complete relevant items without leaving the activity.

Users can now:

• View outstanding Member To-Dos during an activity.
• Complete To-Dos while the activity is still in progress.
• Capture progress from the current member interaction without navigating to a separate To-Do workflow.
• See completed items reflected across Pear Suite.

To-Dos remain connected to their underlying items. For example, if a To-Do is associated with a goal or goal action item, completing the related item will also update the corresponding To-Do.

This gives users a more connected workflow for reviewing outstanding needs and documenting progress during the same member interaction.
