Merge Duplicate Member Profiles

You can now merge duplicate member profiles directly in Pear Suite. When merging, the platform automatically closes the secondary profile and consolidates all data into a single member record—using the most recent demographic and contact information.
Future updates will add manual editing on the merge screen so users can decide exactly what information to retain before finalizing.

Generate and Export X12 (837) Claim Files

Users can now manually generate and download X12 claim files for any claims in the system.
This is useful for organizations that manage claim submission outside of Availity or need to email or upload their claim files manually to payers or billing partners.

Export Multiple Activity Templates in One File

Admins can now export multiple activity templates in a single export, making it easier to review and analyze activity data across different workflows—especially helpful for reporting and audits.

Automatic Insurance Matching for Shared Members

When a member is shared from a Hub to a Sub-org, insurance details now auto-match if the Sub-org uses the same insurance company.
No need to manually re-enter the information—saving time and reducing data entry errors.

Auto-Actions Triggered by Bulk Imports

Activities created through bulk import now behave just like manually created ones—automatically triggering actions such as assignments, notifications, and workflows.
If you prefer to skip automation for certain imports, you can now disable it using a new flag in the import template.
