Editable Fields in Member Overview

Org Admins can now configure which data fields (Data IDs) appear on the Member Overview tab and whether they are editable.

This allows care teams to:

• Quickly capture and update values like Height, Housing Status, or Preferred Provider
• Skip the need to open a full activity just to update common data points
• Keep member records up to date directly from the profile view

These updates can be made instantly, helping Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Care Coordinators document faster while staying focused on the member.

QBR Export: Learning Modules Added

We’ve updated the PCHI Quarterly Business Review template to include a new list of learning modules provided by stakeholders, ensuring alignment with updated reporting needs.

Care Pathway Kanban Enhancements

From the Care Pathway board view (Kanban), users can now open the Activity Summary modal directly—making it easier to review activity details without navigating away.
