New Claim Statuses for Better Clarity

You’ll now see two new statuses in the claims workflow:

Closed: Marks claims that are fully complete and no longer need action.

Changes Requested: Highlights claims that require user follow-up before resubmission. These are visually flagged and excluded from auto-regeneration until updated manually.

This helps your team stay focused on only what needs attention.

Bulk Edit Claims in One Go

You can now update multiple claims at once—including status, diagnosis codes, billing codes/modifiers, taxonomy, and payer info.
This is especially useful when you're making the same correction across several claims.

New Billing Fields for ECM & Community Supports

We’ve added two important fields to help ensure successful claim submissions:

Authorization Number: Now available in the claim form for ECM/CS claims (Loop 2300)

Date of Current Illness: Captures when a member enrolled in ECM

These fields help you stay compliant and reduce denials from health plans.

Mobile App Improvements

Pull to Refresh: Swipe down to refresh your data instead of restarting the app.

Android 15 Support: The app now runs smoothly on the latest Android OS, keeping you up to date with new device features.
